Supplier Initiated Quality Notification Process Flow

Molex buyer submits a purchase order to a Direct Material Supplier
Supplier confirms the order and prepares a shipping notice for Molex buyer
Supplier inspects the goods prior to shipment, recording defects during production
For any defects, the supplier creates a Quality Notification (QN) in SCC and sends it to Molex Quality Team
Molex Quality Team reviews the Quality Notification in SCC
Upon Quality manager's approval, Molex Quality Team updates the Quality Notification so it can be reviewed by Supplier in SCC
