1. Test account considerations
As you setup the test account, there are few essential considerations, let's take a look ...

2. Switch to Test Option
Only the Account Administrator/Digital Champion can create the test account and use the Switch to Test option. Users must be added as users and will have to logging into suppliers at ariba.com directly with their TEST account username and password.

3. Test Credentials
The same credentials cannot be used to access the Test and Production account NOTE: A Test Admin username will be auto generated when creating the account, the Account administrator/ Digital Champion can either use this or create a new one, it cannot be the same as the login for the Production account

4. Adding Users
Roles, Users and Permissions must be created for users in the test environment as their production account will not give them access. The Account Administrator will need to create Test Account user ID's before users can access test.

5. Test Account Details
The Test account should be configured to match your Production account. This will ensure the testing results are consistent with what will result in Production
