About

Quality & Assurance of Supply

The scorecard will be calculated every month and consist of the previous 12-month performance for all supplier locations combined.
The Supplier Performance Scorecard will be based on 2 categories, quality and assurance of supply.
These will further be broken down with quality being comprised of QN rate and severity KPI, defective Parts Per Million KPI, and 8D On-Time Completion KPI.
The assurance of supply will be broken down by percentage of on time to the Molex request date KPI and the percentage on time to the supplier commit date KPI.
These KPIs will be combined by the categories of quality and assurance of supply.
The weighted sum of these Categories will make up the overall final score for the scorecard.
