SCC Chat Feature

  • The messaging chat feature allows direct contact between BUYERS and SUPPLIERS

  • The message will go to the supplier, and any responses or further conversations will be recorded in the message box

  • An audit trail of the chat conversation is also recorded and available for later viewing
