Quy trình của Scheduling Agreement

Ở cấp độ tổng quan, quy trình của Schedule Agreements (LPA) bao gồm các bước:
Dữ liệu cơ bản (Master data), tạo LPA, tạo các đợt phát hành (generate releases), nhà cung cấp xác nhận (supplier acknowledgement), Thông báo giao hàng trước (ASN), nhập kho hàng hóa (goods receipted), nhận hóa đơn (invoice received) và thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp.
Quy trình này sẽ được lặp lại từ bước tạo các đợt phát hành (generate releases) đến thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp cho đến khi các điều khoản của hợp đồng trong Scheduling Agreement được hoàn thành.
