The order confirmation document is sent by suppliers as an acceptance of a purchase order and it’s an agreement to fulfill the order as proposed by Molex.

ALL SUPPLIERS ARE REQUIRED TO CONFIRM ALL ORDERS IN SCC

When a New Purchase Order is sent in SAP Business Network for Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), suppliers have the following options:

1️⃣Confirm Entire Order

2️⃣Update Line Items

3️⃣Not allowed to Reject Order

4️⃣Manage Multiple Purchase Orders

5️⃣Only Shipping Date can be updated

6️⃣Price & Quantity cannot be updated
